Instrumentation and Control Designer
Job Description
Instrumentation and Controls Designer to work with an international team on the detailed design phase of a Refinery Project. Report to the Sr. Instrument Designer/Lead Instrumentation Engineer of the Project. This role will be responsible for providing design support on EPC/EPCM projects and able of performing the responsibilities listed below independently.
Qualification
Diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Min 5 Years’ experience in FEED, Detail engineering and, EPC project for Oil and Gas Project. Experience in revamping project for refinery will be added advantages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out work in accordance with company and project Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems,
2. Carry out the work as per project scope, project standard and relevant international standard,
3. Prepare 3D model for instrumentation design,
4. Prepare design documents like instruments location plan, cable tray layout, cable list, Hookup drawing, loop drawing, MTO. Maintain quality of the deliverable.
5. Site Survey
6. Coordination with other departments and clients/EPC contractor
Software Skill
1. 3D software (PDMS, PDS or SP3D as per project requirements)
2. 2D software (ACAD, Micro station as per project requirements).
3. Microsoft office
