Report Manager in construction sphere
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Construction reporting: Actual vs. Prior Year analysis and vs. Projection and vs. Plan (monthly), Cash Flow report (quarterly), Deferred Tax report (quarterly), Intercompany Reconciliation report, Year End Reporting forms, etc.); expenses analysis vs. projection and vs. Plan (monthly);
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English;
• Projection (monthly revised);
• Annual Planning;
• Participation in Month Closing procedures;
• Control over execution of the Corporate Financial Policies and Local Financial Policies;
• Complete high volume of work on aggressive deadlines;
• Well-organized, self-motivated and team player;
• Complete high volume of work on aggressive deadlines;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
