Qualifications:
- Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant field
- At least 1 year related experience in HR
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English - good, Russian - good
- Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work with the electronic government portal
- Excellent communication, writing and time management skills
- Good organizational, planning and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline
- Personal ethics and integrity
Responsibilities:
- Collection of necessary documents from the employees
- Working in EMAS electronic system
- Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes
- Work with a permit in the Karabakh region
- Working on ISB.az website
- Provide required HR related information for managers and finance team for internal or external reporting purposes
