Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant field
  • At least 1 year related experience in HR
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts
  • Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English  - good, Russian - good
  • Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work with the electronic government portal
  • Excellent communication, writing and time management skills
  • Good organizational, planning and reporting skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline
  • Personal ethics and integrity

Responsibilities:

  • Collection of necessary documents from the employees
  • Working in EMAS electronic system
  • Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes
  • Work with a permit in the Karabakh region
  • Working on ISB.az website
  • Provide required HR related information for managers and finance team for internal or external reporting purposes
