Job Title: Senior Process Engineer (Downstream-Refinery)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to work across various pre-FEED, FEED, EPCm and PMC projects for local and international Clients in refining, chemicals, oil& gas sectors, following Company process standards and practices according to project execution requirements.
Job Function:
• Carry out process engineering design activities based on Company, Client and/or Licensor process standards and procedures in accordance with project schedule and budget;
• Develop all Process Engineering deliverables and activities like process simulation, process calculations (hydraulic, etc.), process flow diagram, heat & material balance, equipment process data sheets, instrument process data sheets, P&IDs, interlock description, operating manuals, list of utilities and chemicals consumption, list of effluents, etc.;
• Coordinate and follow up with involved Licensors process engineering activity on each project as required;
• Provide process support to all engineering disciplines and to HSE design reviews involved in project development according to SFW engineering practices as required;
• Participate to the project HSE design reviews (e.g. PFD, plot plan, HAZID, P&ID reviews, HAZOP & SIL Classification, etc.);
• Check and approve all process deliverables for each assigned project in accordance with requirements/duties specified in Company process work procedures and instructions;
• Lead small teams of process engineers and designers with demonstrable leadership qualities.
Qualifications:
• Chemical Engineering degree
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Extensive experience with engineering, technical support to pre-FEED / FEED/ EPCm contracting and / or support to PMC projects as necessary
Job type: full-time
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30 am – 17:30pm, 5 working days a week.
