BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/PROJECT MANAGER
General Requirements:
High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
8-10 years of experience in Industry construction and civil construction
Work experience or familiarity with QA/QC requirements
Work experience and familiarity with ASME, APİ, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO,BS EN, СниП, and requirements of other international norms and standards
Excellent understanding of local Construction Market and main players
Experience in Project Development and Team Management
Excellent networking and selling skills
Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of Construction Services
Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
Knowledge of National and International Standards (GOST, Snip, ASME, API etc.)
Experience and People Management skills
Flexibility and Mobility to travel
Good Level of Business English to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients
Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
