CPC LLC (Corn Processing Company), a member of PMD Group LLC's Group of FMCG & Agriculture, is the only plant in Southern Caucasus that produces sugar substitutes. The production of "CPC" LLC is fully automated and meets the highest hygienic and nutritional safety standards.
SALES COORDINATOR (Only Female Candidates)
Workplace: BEGOC Business Center (Zarifa Aliyeva 93, AZ1000)
Work time: Weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00
Salary: Starting from 500 AZN (net) (depending on the candidate)
Subordination: Head of “Sales and Marketing” department
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
- Tracking of the goods from the warehouse to the customer, the work on the solution of the problems;
- Permanent coordination of products delivery with logistics department;
- Monitoring of the presence of ready products and packaging materials;
- Creation and renewal of customer database;
- Preparation of sales reports;
- Preparation of all necessary documents for sale (Sales contracts, handing-over orders, etc.);
- Monitoring of execution of the prepared documents;
- Preparation of client files;
- Preparation of official proposals;
- Registration of clients' requests, proposals, and complaints;
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education;
- Language skills (fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are desirable);
- Ability to work with Office programs, specifically with the Excel software;
- Minimum 1 (one) year experience in the relevant field;
