Position: Technical project management Specialist
Division: Network Technologies Division
Line manager: Head of Project Management Office
Main responsibilities
• Support to manage technology projects within the given target time frame and budget
• Support to plan, execute and track Project Activities to ensure project deliverables completed on time
• Coordinate technical tender / ASR delivery to Procurement
• Respond to issues, action points, and executive requests
• Ensure to fulfill requirements of project stakeholders
• Support to Coordinate projects with other units within organization
• May have to manage more than one task at a time
• Support to Develop general PIP, reports and identify inter-project dependencies
• Ensure smooth project implementation
• Administer project budget by ensuring timely and accurate payments in coordination with financial department
• Coordinate and manage project acceptance stage ensuring all scope requirements are implemented, deficiencies corrected, project transferred to respective department for operations purposes
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education:
High education
Degree in a technical subject (Telecommunications, IT, Electronic Engineering) will be an advantage
Experience
• 2 plus years of telecoms project experience
• Strong understanding of telecom network
Computer skills
• Advanced user of MS Office (knowledge of MS Project & MS Excel & MS Visio is a must)
Languages
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Russian will be a plus
