IT Project Management and Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
• To analyze, define and document business requirements and ensure inclusion in the overall requirements of any new initiative, system, application being developed
• To identify any potential risks and highlighting alternatives for faster time to market and cost benefits
• To dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Where possible, influence requirements and process to effectively utilize systems without customization.
• To resolve actively inter-dependencies and overlapping requirements
• To ensure all project and initiatives related documentation is formerly reviewed by all business representatives
• To balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects. Determine resources and timelines to ensure the development is compliant with the requirements
• To work with business, technical and testing resources to clarify business requests and resolve issues
• To maintain the full scope of project implementation stages documentation, including creating, gathering, archiving and versioning
• To be central point of contact for all internal departments in the correspondence and support of Change Management process assigned
• To submit regular reports to the Head of Unit IT Demand Management
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education
• Bachelor Degree in a technical area (Telecommunications, IT)
• MBA is an advantage
• Knowledge of telecom product portfolio and overall Telecommunication market in Azerbaijan
Experience
• 2 years of work experience
• Participation in implementation of IT project, software or application
Special professional skills
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• Demonstrates business analysis skills
• Good documentation skills
• Scheduling
• Critical Thinking
• Task Management
• Detail-oriented

• Microsoft Office programs

• Azeri – Advanced
• English and Russian – Upper-intermediate
