If you are passionate about authentic hospitality and service, have relevant experience, can demonstrate strong leadership, problem solving, organizational and administrative skills, we have a great job opportunity for you as a Waitress/Hostess in our Food & Beverage Department.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma;
- General knowledge and understanding of hospitality industry; prior experience in service sector;
- Good  communication and observation skills;
- Multi-tasking capability;
- Ability to walk for extended periods of time;
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays (essential);
- Living in Baku or max. 1 hour away from Baku (desirable);
- Neat, clean and well-groomed appearance;
- Dedicated and high level of accurateness and attention to detail;
- Sociable and outgoing;
- Good level of English & Russian (guest interaction level);
- Pleasant and friendly personality;
- Highly intuitive;
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a hotel or luxurious restaurant

Job Duties:

To provide all guests with courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept, brand promise and Hyatt standards.
- Greet customers as soon as they walk through the door
- To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times;
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner;
- To take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling wherever possible;
- Seat guests and take food and beverage orders from guests, ensure ideal speed of service
- Receive and record dining reservations on the telephone;
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the grooming standards;
- To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.
