Position: Cost Controlling Senior Specialist
Department: Budgeting and Controlling Department/Cost Controlling Unit
Line manager: Head Cost Controlling Unit
Main responsibilities
• Analysis of company’s cost drivers, cost efficiency, and proposing cost optimization plan
• Profitability analysis of sales channels
• Trend analysis on revenue related costs, industry changes and project costs
• Project and business cases analysis
Secondary responsibilities
• Ad hoc tasks and analysis
Qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this position
Education
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit or any relevant field
Experience
• At least 2-3 year work experience as financial analyst, cost controller or auditor
Special professional skills
• Strong analytical/mathematical thinking and communication skills
Computer skills
• MS Excel and other MS office programs
Languages
• English, Azeri, Russian(preferable)
Personal skills Behavioral
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Conceptual thinking
Additional knowledge and skills
• Telecom or Big four experience is preferable
