Position: Trade Marketing Assistant

JTI Caucasus, LLC is opening a position of a Trade Marketing Assistant based in Baku.

Main responsibilities:
Collecting from field force Retail, contract & payment documents, control their quality & compliance to company standards. Check all customer details, ensure timely data processing. Develop/ update instructions for contract & payment documents and provide educational sessions for sales staff. Develop/ update contract-package documentation based on Sales & Marketing requirements and align them with Legal and Finance;
Arrange contract/payment related documents preparation, circulation & approval for Retail, customers to ensure timely payments performance. Contracts & acts signing, stamping, scanning processes implementation & timing control;
Implement purchase requisitions, vendor creation applications, goods receipts. Control customer payment terms according to company policy & address program, consolidate contracts/payments related documentation. Ongoing payments support in SAP and via FI posting process;
Coordinate and control timely payments to Customers, report compliance status to Marketing, Finance & Sales Managers. Support sales team in payment process and regular process updates;
Monitor contract database and control it's alignment with the budget. Prepare budget status on monthly basis. All type of trade marketing related reports preparation;
Participate in developing, preparation and maintain of Census project;
Take role & support in PPOSM movements (warehouse to POS, POS to warehouse, POS to POS) & ensure all required documents are submitted & necessary transactions performed in 1C in proper time. Quarterly PPOSM status reporting to Trade channels head. Provide additional PPOSM control via maintaining 1C warehouse database & participation in regular inventory count;
Equipment tracker tool timely update;
To perform any other tasks given by the direct and functional manager.
Requirements:
Education: University Degree desirable;
Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year experience of working in Trade in FMCG companies;
Language Skills: Azeri, Russian, English;
Computer Proficiency: Advance user;
Mandatory: 1C knowledge, SAP - preferable;
Other Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-starter, fast-learner, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, pushing results, flexible, accurate.
