Gilan Agricultural Group is looking for an experienced Manager for Fruit Orchards in Goychay, Gabala, Agsu-Kurdamir regions to join our highly professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership in low performing orchards which need delivery of rapid improvements;
• Coordinate the organization and development of production Staff in the orchards
• Planning of agronomic & operational activities and reporting;
• Identify problems on time, report to the management & solve them;
• Evaluate the productivity and the quality of he product;
• Plan and monitor the gathering harvest of the product;
• Controls the maintenance and delivery of the product to the market;
• Document the production files, control Financial accounting

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 5 years experience in relevant business;
• Azerbaijani fluent, Russian and/or English would be an advantage;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Leadership, initiative, honesty, accuracy, punctuality, social and reliable ;
• Advanced computer skills ;
