Job title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager
Our requirements:
• Business or marketing-related degree is preferred
• Professional experience of at least 1 year
• Relevant product and industry knowledge is preferred
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and processes
• Excellent business and creative writing, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Self-motivated and driven
• Ability to meet deadlines and/or targets
• Must be adept at handling pressure and working under stress
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and either Russian or English
Key accountabilities:
• Initiate market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends together with Market Analyst;
• Initiatie analyzes of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) together with Market Analyst to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc), collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
• Plan and execute initiatives, marketing activities to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (ATL & BTL) to help achieve company goals;
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned;
• Prepare and manage timelines for marketing projects and corporate events;
• Support Senior Marketing Manager in marketing budget planning and tracking;
• Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines;
• Contributes to team effort by performing related tasks as required;
• Follow other recommendations of management.
