Position: CISO - Chief Information Security Officer
Job Location: Baku city
About Aztelekom LLC:
"Aztelekom" LLC has been operating since August of 1992. LLC under the 57 local telecommunications enterprise (Ganja Telecommunications Department, Sumgait, Mingechevir, Shirvan and Naftalan city, as well as 49 regional telecommunication node), the International Automatic Telephone Station (BATS), Cable Motorways Technical hub together. As operator of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Aztelekom" LLC individual customers, corporate customers, mobile operators and other users of different services for communications and Info communication technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Establishing and maintaining the enterprise Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Information security regulatory compliance ( PCI DSS 2.0/3.0/3.2, ISO/IEC 27001:2013)
• Drafting Information Security policies and procedures
• Information security risk management (ISO/IEC 27005:2011)
• Vulnerability management (Qualys, Nessus)
• Security information and event management (SIEM HP Arcsight Express)
• Integrating ISMS with ITIL processes (ITSM Omnitracker modules: Asset & Configuration management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
• Data-Loss Prevention (Websense Triton)
• File Integrity Monitoring (OSSEC)
• Physical Security Information Management (video, access control, sensors etc.)
• Penetration testing (Kali Linux, Metasploit Pro)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Engineering required,
• 3+ years of related professional experience in Information Systems leadership
• Experience managing team size of 5-20 people
• Program and project management
• Cyber Risk Reporting and establishment of Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators
• Incident Readiness and Incident Recovery
• Strategy, roadmap and investments
• Organization structure and accountability
• Ability to successfully manage and execute multiple, large scale projects using established project management tools and processes
• Experience and a comprehensive knowledge of Information Systems, Financials, Contract Management and business processes
• Proven experience conceiving and delivering innovative solutions leveraging technology and information
