Call Center Operator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Call Center Operator in Telecom companies
• Readiness to work on shifts (incl. evening, night)

Responsibilities:

• Gives response to inbound dealer calls, inquiries or questions
• Gives information to technicians when necessary
• Follows up installation, regain, turnover, maintenance transactions
• Follows up, control and file service & maintenance forms
• Makes coupon and terminal paper tests
• Conducts the operations of dealer surveys
• Performs cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.

Salary: 700-800 AZN Net
