4. Able to move to and stay in Ganja
5. Experience in foreign countries wished

The field assistant will:

- organize and manage a team of tractor operators
- do daily inspections in the field of crops and working progress
- implement plans and ideas that where figured out within the agricultural managing team
- report directly to the farm manager
- fulfill and maintain the electronic documentation software
- control and document the use of pesticides and fertilizer in the field
- discuss with the farm managing team crop rotations, crop establishment and future strategies of the farm
