Incoming and MICE Agent
MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To timely answer all requests regarding booking and selling of touristic packs, guided and other tours etc. To book hotels, arrange transfer upon the requests of the customers, reservation of banquets in restaurants and provide translation services.
To provide consultation for foreign citizens regarding obtaining visas to enter the Republic of Azerbaijan.
To get acquainted with all changes in the rules and regulations of tourism operators on a regular basis and comply with them.
To sign the Agreement on the sale of tour pack to the customer.
To prepare material for e-newsletters and advertisements on the corporate customer base.
To develop routes and sales of travel packages to regular key customers.
EXPERIENCE
∙ Experienced with minimum 3-5 years in Tourism/Hospitality area;
SKILLS
∙ Strong communication and writing;
∙ Customer orientation;
∙ Time and stress management;
∙ Good knowledge in English, Azerbaijani and Russian.
