Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Purpose Of Job:

Conduct sales, marketing, hire and procurement and importation of products as directed by General Manager, all to applicable procedures and standards as required by Company. Participate in clients meetings including HSE discussions.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality

• Carry out work activities in accordance with all HSEQ requirements and procedures
• Conduct yourself in a safe manner and in a manner to protect the safety of others
• Carry out personal risk assessments and any other health and safety requirements to ensure personal safety

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure work materials and equipment are suitable and used in the correct manner in accordance with relevant operating procedures
• Carry out work activities in accordance with Company procedures under the instruction and guidance of responsible to
• Ensure all work activities are completed in accordance with Company procedures and in compliance with client requirements

Administrative / Leadership Responsibilities

• Complete all required information on required documentation in accordance with Company procedures

Competence Assurance System Responsibilities

• Ensure assessment induction process and checklist are completed in accordance with procedures
• Actively participate in the Competence Assurance System to confirm personal competence within job role in accordance with procedures
• Participate in the performance appraisal process in accordance with Company procedures and within agreed timescale

Qualifications

Essential
Degree in any related field

Desirable
Masters in Business Administration

Experience

Essential
Minimum of three years of experience in a sales, marketing, procurement position

Desirable
Minimum of three years experience in a fire and safety discipline within the oil and gas industry.
Previous experience in various databases and reports
Previous experience in procurement and/ or sales

Skills / Training

Essential
Ability to operate and understand various databases
Ability to communicate effectively in Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
Work in a team
Timely completion of project deadline and capacity to work under pressure
Self motivated

Desirable
Previous training in fire and safety products

Salary Range:

990.00 – 1,329.56 Azn Gross (depends on experience and ability)
