Position: Hydraulic Technician

Work Location: Offshore Operation Vessel

Education: Technical education
 
Work Experience: Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role on a     construction vessel operating in oil & gas industry                                   

Certificate: Valid  professional certification

Knowledge of Languages: English (good), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Responsibilities: 

• Under the supervision of Hydraulic Engineer Senior, act for the maintenance, operation and monitoring of each hydraulic systems on-board vessel, providing for the good operation of all hydraulic operated equipment, power packs, circuits and all related equipment as well as mechanical related equipment;
• Carry out maintenance and repair of all the mechanical production equipment in a safe manner;
• Carry out the maintenance and repair of all the pipe lay equipment;
• Carry out the maintenance of the cranes and winches;
• Carry out the maintenance and repair of the ILT, Hydraulic and diesel hammer, pumps of Hydraulic power pack, air compressor and diesel engine;
• Ensure the cleanliness of the working area;
• Comply with the pollution procedures;
• Participate to the daily Tool box and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) when required;
• Report the near misses and incidents to his responsible on duty;
• Wear always PPE (Personal Protective Equipment);
• Attend all the emergency drills.
