We are currently seeking for Lawyer

Requirements:

• University degree in Law;
• At least 5 years of work experience as a lawyer gained in a reputable law firm or in-house for a large multi-national company;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Responsible for any violation of labor laws
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani tax
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• To ensure the legality observance of the company activity, and safeguard Company’s legal rights;
•  Responsible for monitoring all legal documentation;
• To draft and amend agreements, contracts and all related legal documentation;
• To ensure there are no discrepancies or inaccuracies in all legal contracts and documentation;
• Ensure that all contracts and documentation complies with Azerbaijan Law and regulation;
• To offer guidance and advice to the business or obtain legal opinions from other jurisdictions.
