We are currently seeking for Finance Director
Requirements:
• At least 8 - 10 years’ work experience in Finance
• University Degree in Finance;
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Strong ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Leadership skills to manage team
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Controls the movement of financial resources of the company
• Conducts negotiations with commercial banks, other credit institutions and other external organizations.
• Analyzes the economic and financial condition of the company
• Manages assets
• Organizes study and cost analysis of the company
• Organizes work to develop sections of business plan
• Provides control over the execution of financial plans
• Determines the investment policy of the company, taking into account market conditions
• Provides timely receipt of income in a timely clearance and settlement of financial and banking transactions, bill payments to suppliers and contractors, salary to employees, transfer payments to the banking institutions.
• Provides accounting movement of funds, and reporting on financial performance.
• Monitors the correctness of preparation and formalizing of reporting documentation.
Authorities
• Has a right to request any company documents related to his/her job activities and duties;
• Cooperate with other employees and give tasks to his/her subordinates for achieving of the maximum results in day to day activities;
• Endorse all documents related to the financial activities of the company (plans, projected balance sheets, reports, etc.);
• Independently to correspond with the structural units of the company, as well as with third parties, tax authorities;
• To familiarize with draft versions of management decisions;
• To require all necessary information (reports, explanations, etc.) from the heads of business units, specialists and other employees;
• To sign and approve documents within the competence level.
