Duties & Responsibilities
 
Assist in Offshore Function and Onshore Co-ordination.
To assist to Management by all means in completion of Company’s activities in the    certain region

Set up & maintain the logistics/customs related filing systems

Arrange for incoming personnel to be met at the airport /helicopter station and transported to their final destination in Azerbaijan

In country personnel movement. To liaise with Client’s related department for arranging Company personnel’s trip to offshore and onshore

Make hotel reservations and dealing with the accommodation requirements issue of Company personnel

Gather & collate logistics documents, declaration of assets & liabilities forms and maintain filing system for them

Import/ export of company equipment

To keep tracking of temporary imported equipment/items to company name and to extend their regime if required by the project management

To arrange in country movement of company equipment, to arrange their expediting to offshore rigs

To coordinate company/hired drivers & vehicles

Warehouse management & update of stores list

Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required.
General
Assist with any other duties as and when required.
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management.
Safety
Align the applicable aspects of Quality Management and HSE Management Systems.
Other
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.

Qualifications
 
 
High School Diploma.
Good English written and oral skills.
Working knowledge of Logistics Laws, standards, and guidelines.
Working knowledge of Codes and Laws for employment within Azerbaijan Republic.
Good communicational skill sets.
Computer Literate. (Microsoft Excel, Word).
Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience within Logistics related Operational environment.
Experience preferred to address Oil and Gas related Industry. (Onshore and Offshore).
