Position: Cost Analyst

Location: Baku

Functions

ESSENTIAL

• Check input of individual timesheets to ensure they are correct
• Preparation of time and worksheet summaries for billing to client
• Delivery internally approved summaries to client and obtaining approval in reasonable time.
• Liaison with client in case of queries
• Preparing invoices and input them in PSFT
• Input invoices in ARIBA ( Clients AP Software)
• Run regularly AR Aging Report and to handle overdue invoices
• Monitoring Unbilled Receivable balance and eliminate overdue unbilled balance.
• Preparation of VOWD report to client.

NON-ESSENTIAL

• Assist Commercial Team in Month Close process
• Any other tasks as required by Management.

Other

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

 This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 Finance / Accounting degree

DESIRED

 Experience working with Ariba / Backbone is preferable

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

 English - fluent ( oral & writte) (E)
 Experience with world recognized soft wares ( People Soft / Oracle is preferable)
 Advanced excel knowledge (E)
 3+ year experience of work for international companies (E)
 Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – proficient in Excel (E)
 Good team player (E)
 Good communicator both written and verbal (E)

Working Conditions

This position is considered OFFICE WORK.
This position is considered LIGHT work.
