Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute TREVA’s full marketing strategy — from social media and digital campaigns to brochures, events, and branding. This role requires fluent English and a proven ability to work with international stakeholders and partners, acting as a key link between the sales, marketing, and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead 360° marketing strategies across TREVA and its real estate projects.
- Take full ownership of TREVA’s brand presence, including social media, website, digital ads, listings, and content.
- Manage collaboration between marketing, sales, developers, and international partners.
- Coordinate campaign planning, content production, and PR/media communication.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid media, social).
- Track KPIs, leads, and ROI; optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Oversee marketing assets — brochures, presentations, signage, and branding.
- Organize real estate promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management (real estate, agency, or related fields).
- Fluency in English is a must — you will regularly communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proven experience with social media, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate and/or property marketing is a strong plus.
