What You’ll Do:

  • Craft and present killer rate proposals that make clients say “yes.”
  • Build lasting relationships with agencies and partners across markets.
  • Spot opportunities, pitch ideas, and help drive our B2B growth.
  • Manage bookings, solve challenges, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Track your progress, report insights, and constantly push to make things better.

You’re the One If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in tourism or sales.
  • Good command of English (Russian is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset.
  • Comfort with MS Office and digital tools.
