Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers, negotiate rates, and ensure service quality across all areas.
• Coordinate and schedule guides for excursions.
• Oversee transportation logistics, ensuring smooth and timely transfers.
• Manage restaurant reservations and partnerships to provide top-notch dining experiences.
• Handle hotel reservations, ensuring accommodation quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage problem-solving to maintain high service standards.
• Address booking issues or client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions in the reservation system.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Manage group bookings, ensuring all details are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and local tourism developments to provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers and travel packages.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to reservations.
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
• Support the sales team by upselling and cross-selling additional services to achieve targets.

Must-have requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
