Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound reservation inquiries for Azerbaijan and Georgia via phone, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and online platforms.
- Process bookings, confirmations, and amendments efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and other service partners to secure reservations and manage availability.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about travel packages, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Address booking issues or client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions in the reservation system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Manage group bookings, ensuring all details are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage overbookings and cancellations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and local tourism developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote special offers and travel packages.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to reservations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Support the sales team by upselling and cross-selling additional services to achieve targets.
Must-have requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
