Line Manager: Director of Organizational Development and HR

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Public relations, communications, journalism or related field.

Computer Knowledge and Skills: Word processing, spreadsheet, multimedia software 

Languages Skills Advance level of Azerbaijani, English, Russian

Personal skills: Interpersonal, written and verbal communications, problem-solving, organizational skills

Experience: 2-5 years of related experience 

Main responsibilities
(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management) 

Responsible for the public relations aspect within an organization. Builds and sustains a company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Writes and delivers press releases and handles all communication sent to the public

• Manage company brand and reputation.
• Create and launch press releases and other campaigns.
• Drive corporate strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies.
• Develop branding initiatives, internal communications.
• Execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the organization.
• Develop communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.
• Develop delivery and packaging plans for corporate messages.
• Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments.

Special professional skills:

• Excellent command of spoken and written language: the ability to put things clearly and simply so that others can understand
• Ability to write in a variety of styles to appeal to different audiences
• Project a professional image consistent with the organization’s brand and standards
• Ability to organize own work effectively and in an orderly way

• Ability to priorities multiple workloads and meet deadlines
