Education Bachelor or Master degree in Technical, Telecommunication, Radio Technic, Electronics, IT Technologies.
Work experience 5-6 years
Computer skills
Knowledge of MS office programs such as Access, Excel, Power Point, Visio; Geographical location oriented tools Map Info, Google Earth., Vendor produced OSS Network Tools such as NetAct, M2000.
Languages Azeri or English and optional Russian

Main responsibilities
• Reviewing daily assignments directly from the line manager, identifying priorities and responsible persons for appointing the tasks.
• Managing and reporting projects status assigned to the team
• Alignment of HLD/LLD for RAN NE with other departments
• Coaching when necessary team members
• Ensure company processes are followed and propose improvements when and where necessary
• Align marketing forecast with technical requirement for network capacity required for yearly/quarterly budget
• Monitor and improve team efficiency; focus on achieving company targets assigned to the AU team
• Work over time if needed
