Position: Sales Director

Education Requirements

• A High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Candidates having Master’s degree in Business Administration specializing in the field of Marketing are given preference over the ones who just have a bachelor’s degree

Job Requirements

• Candidate aiming to become a Sales Manager is required to have good communication skills
• It is essential to have good leadership qualities.
• Candidate needs to have good managerial skills
• Candidate aiming to get into the position of a sales manager needs to have the ability to convince others.
• Candidate needs to have a good enough experience working (minimum 3 years) in the sales and marketing field. It is also essential to have some experience working at the supervisory level.
• Candidate should have the ability to motivate others and inspire them to work with dedication.
• Candidate must have the ability to take decisions quickly.
• Candidate aiming to become a sales manager needs to have the ability to handle and solve problems
• Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and also derive work from his team members.
• Candidate should be well read and must have interest in keeping a track of the latest market movements and trends.

Work schedule: Monday- Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Work schedule: Saturday 10:00 - 13:00
Work days   :   6

Salary:  1700 AZN + Bonuses
