Marketing Account Manager

Job Description:

SİAY is a company operating Emporium, Bisque and Scoop luxury multi brand stores.
As our stores are a stage for fashion, we need people who found of fashion, style and trends, and know how to operate advertising and direct marketing activities to deliver our messages to customers. People, who meet these requirements, can apply to our HR department for great carrier opportunities. 
 
Key Responsibilities

-                     Formulating Strategies
-                     Developing Media plans and budgets
-                     Ensure media-plan development through line managers
-                     Ensure and execute marketing activities through line managers according to media-plan
-                     Ensure effectiveness of execution and corresponding with objectives and strategy
-                     Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
-                     Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
-                     To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements
 
Key skills for account managers:

•         Fashion, trends and fashion brands awareness
•         Marketing and Advertisement basics
•         Higher education in Marketing or related fields
•         3 to 5 years in advertisement, marketing or related industries
•         Knowledge of advertisement, marketing, promotion, event management, media planning, brand management.
 
 
As the ideal candidate, you will need:

•         Organizational skills
•         Negotiating skills
•         Ability to work with team and outsourced agency
•         Good knowledge or interest in fashion industry
•         An understanding of the Marketing and especially in Advertisement
•         Ability to work with other department and built trustful relations
•         Strategic thinking
•         Work experience in retail, preferable in clothing retailing
•         Knowledge of the basis of web design
•         Good language skills (Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferable)
•         Understanding of budget alocation
