Position: HSE Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Lead HSE personnel
Assist the Management in all HSE related aspects as and when requested
Provide advice/assistance and coach construction/production supervision and personnel
Promote HSE culture through example.
Develop and maintain the project HSE plan
Develop and maintain the Emergency Response plan
Develop and maintain a waste disposal plan
Develop and maintain HSE documentation such as procedures and instructions
Assist with or provide HSE training
Assist with or carry out audits
Monitor corrective action execution and closeout
Ensure incident investigation is carried out and followed up
Liaise with Contractor and Client representatives on all HSE matters
Collect and analyze HSE performance data and report results to the Management
To achieve timely certification of company for ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Writing manuals, integrating site procedures, coordinating with third company
Preparation of HSE Plan, HSE Assurance Plan and HSE Risk Management System

Requirements for Candidate:

Higher Education
Relevant work experience – minimum 5 years
Fluency in  Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hard and dynamic worker
