                Job Responsibilities:
	- Participate in solving legal issues arising in the activity of the Company.
 
	- To give a legal reference on organizational and other legal issues.
 
	- Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution of various contracts.
 
	- Serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. Act as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations.
 
	- Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.
 
	- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
 
	- Monitor competitive terms. Monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. Recommend changes.
 
	- Compiling contracts and tender responses from legal point of view
 
	- Leading contract planning and negotiations
 
	- Preparing and review of bidding documents, evaluating the offers and preparing corresponding reports and presentations
 
	- Coordinating contractual and legal issues
 
	- Constructing and negotiating MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) and partnering arrangements, as required
 
	- Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
 
	- Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
