Position: Procurement Contracts Coordinator/Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and developing all procurement contracts
Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors
Checking cost, quality and level of service
Monitoring contracts progress
Visiting distribution centers and suppliers
Establish and maintain vendor databases
Ensure accurate recording of all vendor contracts and communications
Ensure completeness of all procurement related records in an appropriate filling system
Keeping contracts files and using them as reference for the future
Ensure compliance with HSE Policy
Requirements for Candidate:
Higher Education (preferable Law background)
Relevant work experience – minimum 2 years
Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
Computer skills
Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
Hard and dynamic worker
