Cluster Manager – Energy Services
Key Responsibilities
Planning
• Conduct audits and analysis of existing scope and capacity of power systems at existing venues.
• Work with the Energy Design team to define and develop the electrical distribution and containment/cable pathway requirements
• Support in the development of policies and procedures related to energy services
• Support the strategic Planning for the design and delivery of Electrical Services and containment/cable pathway requirements at all venues and facilities
• Support the integration of all functional areas and key stake holders such as Broadcasters, Technology and technology supplier’s electrical requirements into the electrical design and delivery.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the electrical providers (temporary and permanent)
• Regularly communicate, formally and informally to the Senior Manager of Energy Services
Delivery
• Support the development and delivery of the energy testing strategy.
• Work with the Senior Manager of Energy Services to ensure delivery of temporary electrical distribution and containment/cable pathways in accordance with agreed service levels and locations identified during the planning phase and as agreed with client groups.
• Work with the Senior Energy Services Manager and Temporary Power provider to ensure power infrastructure is maintained & operating correctly.

• You may also be required to carry out additional or other duties, or to transfer to another post on either a temporary or permanent basis, to meet the needs of the business.
Knowledge, experience and qualifications required
• 7 + years of experience in the required field.
• Proficient Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
• PC literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Applications; with the ability to produce documents to a high standard of presentation.
• Experience and Knowledge
• Experience working with, developing and defining electrical requirements is essential
• Experience in venue development or fit out would be an advantage.
• Experience in the planning and delivery of a major multi-sport event would be an advantage
• Proven project coordination experience
• Successful track record in identifying user requirements and building scope specification documentation for procurement or vendor delivery
• Successful track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very well organised and capable to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
