We are a leading supply and procurement company in the oil and gas industry, committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are looking for a highly skilled, talented, and motivated Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate exceptional computer skills, and possess outstanding communication abilities. Fluency in English is essential for managing relationships between suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, source, and procure goods and services, with a focus on Oil and Gas Equipment and Consumables.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Relationship Management: Manage supplier and service providers relationships to ensure a reliable supply chain.
- Data Tracking and Analysis: Monitor procurement data and prepare detailed daily reports to ensure efficient procurement processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Track and analyze procurement data and prepare daily reports
Required Training will be provided under strong supervision.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Entry-Level
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Administration.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Procurement Software and Tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly, utilizing strong analytical skills and critical thinking to prepare financial statements and procurement reports.
- Sales Acumen: A keen interest in sales and client interactions, with the ability to communicate with client the complex technical information in a very clear and concise manner, maintaining high professional level.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to analyze technical data and make informed decisions.
Language: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Turkish and German are a big leverage for increased wages and chances of securing the job.
