Currently, “FINCA Azerbaijan” Non-Bank Credit Organization is looking for a Graphic and Motion Designer.

Essential duties include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Develop and design high-quality visual assets including graphics, logos, icons, and other elements for use in digital and print media.
• Create dynamic motion graphics and animations to enhance multimedia content, including explainer videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Utilize industry-standard software to produce 2D and 3D animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Design graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity.
• Develop visual branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality.
• Designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards and ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.

Qualifications:

• 4  years of experience in Graphic design, 2 years in Motion . 
• Proven experience working with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro
• Proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and multimedia design.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian are advantage

Computer Skills:                                             

• Microsoft Office
