Job Title: Administrative Assistant (for 6 months)
Overview:
Performs receptionist duties and assists the HR and Administration Department.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
• Ensure all records in the system are kept up to date
• Procurement of all local purchases (stationary, workshop consumables, office equipment)
• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Answering phone calls, sending faxes, scanning required documents.
• Preparation and transmittal of documentation for other companies
• Preparation of time sheets for workshop employees (Trainee Mechanics, etc.)
• Supervision of cleaning personnel
• Preparation and update of the company’s telephone directory
• Travel arrangements, hotel reservations
• Lunch order for staff
• Translation from Azeri/English, Russian/English
• Writing and translating various letters
• Logistic/Expediting
Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a administrative role
• Strong computer skills. Solid experience MS office tools and Internet
• Able to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, faxes, etc
• Must have excellent communication skills
