Responsibilities:
- Discussion and determination of qualification requirements and terms of employment with managers;
- To search and select of specialists of various profiles (media, finance, design, etc.)
- To form detailed job descriptions and publish them;
- Conduct telephone calls or meetings for creation of shortlist of suitable candidates;
- Conducting interviews with short-listed candidates and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies;
- Evaluation of qualifications of candidates and assessment of their suitability for work;
- The utilization of web-based technology and social media to analyze recruitment trends, post vacancies and track candidates during recruitment;
- Participation in HR events and their organization in order to find new candidates;
- To update constantly database of the candidates;
- Organization of examinations and tests for candidates;
- Closely participation in the organization of recruitment projects;
- Ensure compliance with the company's recruitment policy;
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education (Management, economics, social sciences, human resource management, etc. majors are preferred).
- Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken);
- Other: Creative, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to solve quickly and efficiently problems, perfect communication skills with employees.
Working conditions/ Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5-day work schedule (09:00-18:00)
- Salary will be negotiated during the interview according to the candidate's knowledge, skills and practical work experience
