Work location: Baku, Yasamal district
Major responsibilities:
- Conducting market research on the labor market;
- Developing a business analysis form that meets the requirements;
- Assembling all the information needed for the evaluation process by interviewing all positions;
- Determining ranks and dividing employees between ranks;
- Creating and analyzing job descriptions, evaluations, and classifications;
- Evaluating all new positions in the company and adapting the current job evaluation system;
- Designing a compensation package based on business goals and strategy;
- Creating a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture;
- Conducting salary and labor market research to define benchmarks;
- Applying effective communication strategies;
- Participating in the preparation of a job design project to provide information to determine KPIs;
- Assessing employees' needs by conducting organizational surveys;
- Preparing and presenting reports;
- Creating individual scoring blanks for all positions of the Group of Companies;
- Organizing organizational charts (Group, Companies, and Departments);
- Working with the insurance company and managing all insurance-related issues.
- Updating introduction slides frequently and implementing introductory training for new employees;
- Determining individual requirements of employees and analyzing their training needs;
- Submitting training requests to company management for approval;
- Finding appropriate training suppliers according to the demand and managing the contract process;
Qualifications & experience required :
- Bachelor or master degree
- Experience: min. 2 years
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English - good, Russian - preferrable
- Computer skills: MS office – high level
