Job Overview:
- The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management within the payment services industry and experience with value-added online products.
- They will possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Merchant Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key merchants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Strategic Planning:
- Identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts and develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with merchants to understand their business needs and provide tailored payment solutions and value-added products.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- Promote and sell the company's value-added online product package, in addition to online payment service products.
Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s payment solutions and value-added products.
- Provide merchants with insights and recommendations on how to leverage these products to enhance their business operations.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of payment solutions and value-added services.
- Manage the implementation of new services or products for key accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
Market and Industry Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide merchants with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of total proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role in the payment services or financial technology industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing solutions, financial technology landscape, and value-added online products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- It is necessary to know Russian
- Having upper-intermediate knowledge of English is sufficient
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with merchants and attend industry events.
