JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Sales Manager at Hotel
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Director of Sales
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop accounts (new and existing)
2. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
3. Handle urgent external and internal requests and ensure completion
4. Perform daily telephone solicitations to new and existing accounts/customers
5. Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, including assisting with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections
6. Create and execute direct sales plan
7. Coordinate all sales related activity through the direction of director of sales; negotiate contract specifics to achieve maximum profitability while satisfying customer needs.

Sex: Male
Age: 25-35
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Experience:
One Three years experience in a hotel
Strong writing and presentation skills
Requires knowledge of and ability to operate computer equipment
Basic knowledge of hotel operations
Driving License
Strong English and Russian language skills
