Key Functions:

  • Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
  • Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes;
  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Providing concierge services, such as booking theatre tickets. arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
  • Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
  • Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits

Job Requirements:

  • Previous customer experience and the ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Previous experience in cash handling;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian any additional language is preferable;
  • Must be proficient with computers;
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills;
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service;
  • Willing to take initiative and work with little direction;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
