o Excellent Organizational skills
o Excellent communication both verbal and written
o Ability to work to deadlines, balancing different priorities and coping with fluctuating workloads
o Previous experience in customer focus role
o Ability to deal with confidential information
o Good understanding of IT processes and systems
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Skills
o At least 6 month of experience working in a customer focused role
o To work well under pressure
o A Level standard of education or equivalent
o Numerate with experience of MS office
o Self-motivating
