Key roles and responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to request payment of outstanding invoices.
- Generating account statements and send to customers.
- Reviewing customer invoices and ensuring they are accurate and complete.
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Working with a billing system generating invoices.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- To have a strong skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- To have a good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics.
- Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish.
- Computer Literacy: MS Office, Outlook.
