Key roles and responsibilities: 

  • Contacting customers to request payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Generating account statements and send to customers.
  • Reviewing customer invoices and ensuring they are accurate and complete.
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Working with a billing system generating invoices.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • To have a strong skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • To have a good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics.
  • Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, English, Turkish.
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office, Outlook.
