Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers to request payment of outstanding invoices – key role
  • Generating account statements and send to customers- key role
  • Reviewing customer invoices and ensuring they are accurate and complete
  • Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Working with a billing system generating invoices

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • To have a strong skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • To have a good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures
  • Excellent communication skills.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and related field

Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics

  • Azerbaijan: Written - Advanced, Spoken - Advanced
  • English: Written - Intermediate, Spoken - Intermediate
  • Russian: Written - Intermediate, Spoken - Intermediate

Computer Literacy:

  • MS Office: Intermediate
