Key roles and responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to request payment of outstanding invoices – key role
- Generating account statements and send to customers- key role
- Reviewing customer invoices and ensuring they are accurate and complete
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
- Working with a billing system generating invoices
Desired skills and qualifications:
- To have a strong skill in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- To have a good understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable procedures
- Excellent communication skills.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounting and related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics
Languages:
- Azerbaijan: Written - Advanced, Spoken - Advanced
- English: Written - Intermediate, Spoken - Intermediate
- Russian: Written - Intermediate, Spoken - Intermediate
Computer Literacy:
- MS Office: Intermediate
