Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.
Key Roles And Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Digital Marketing Plan and Budget.
- Designing engaging social media posts. Ensuring content aligns with the company's brand book and guidelines.
- Scheduling and posting content across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
- Creating and proofreading content for accuracy, brand consistency, and appeal. Developing visual and written content that resonates with the target audience.
- Managing and updating the internal SharePoint site with the latest company news and information.
- Updating the corporate website with the latest news, events, and company developments. Ensuring website content is current, accurate, and in line with brand standards.
- Preparing dynamic and informative presentations on various company themes (e.g., warehousing, customs clearance, freight forwarding) by tailoring them to different audiences, including clients and internal teams.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Developing compelling content that highlights the company's strengths and capabilities in tender technical proposals.
- Reviewing all external and internal communications for adherence to brand guidelines. Ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing, highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and social media platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in the requested area.
Education: Diploma and Certificates in Digital Marketing.
