Hall Administrator:

1.1. Organizes regular operation of the trading floor in accordance with the requirements of the company. 
1.2. Performs work on the organization of effective and cultural service for buyers, creating comfortable conditions for them and controls the lack of violations of trade rules.
1.3.  Advises customers on issues relating to the services rendered.
1.4. Carries out the duties of the Senior Cashier (night shift).
1.5. Performs acceptance of goods and transfer it to the warehouse/trading floor (night shift).
1.6. Supports in the workplace atmosphere of goodwill, gives a personal example for service for buyers.
1.7. Controls the timely supply of goods to the trading floor, work desks and checks the quality, shelf-life of products, availability of labels, price tags easily readable on the goods, the presence of places available for books of complaints and suggestions for buyers.
1.8.  Supervises the safety of goods, commercial equipments and other tangibles and timely inventory of goods, commercial equipments and other assets of the enterprise.
1.9. Takes measures to prevent and eliminate conflicts.
1.10.  Considers the claims associated with unsatisfactory service rendered to buyers, taking necessary organizational and technical measures.
1.11.  Informs the management of the existing deficiencies in service for buyers, the measures taken to eliminate them.
1.12.  Controls the appropriate design of commodity sections, trading floor, business premises in general, following the placement and updating of the state of advertisements.
1.13.  Provides cleanness and order in commodity sections, trading floor, warehouse, and the enterprise as a whole and adjacent territory.
1.14. Observes and monitors the employees` compliance with labor and production discipline, labor safety rules and standards, the requirements of occupational health and hygiene, fire safety requirements, civil defense.
1.15. Observes and ensures the employees to perform the regulations and orders of the enterprise administration, himself.
1.16. Monitors the employees` launching a job, the presence of employees in the workplace during business hours and controls neat appearance of employees.
1.17.  Works on the organization of employees`- trainees` adaptation.
1.18. Participates in inventories.
1.19. Follows the availability of medical books in employees and checks expiration dates of analyzes periodically.
2.1. To get familiar with the project of decisions of the management of supermarket, relating to its activities. 
2.2. To submit the management the proposals for improving the works related to the duties according to this instruction.
2.3. To receive from the heads of structural departments, professionals the information and documents on matters within his competence.
2.4. To require the management of the supermarket to assist in the performance of its duties and rights.
