We are currently recruiting for a Floor Sales Manager to join our vibrant team in the newest and most exciting Harvey Nichols Baku Store. 

Key Responsibility includes (but is not limited to):

• Maximize sales and exceed budgets.
• Drive highest possible standards of Visual Merchandising.
• Ensure floor achieves defined stock loss targets.
• Coach/mentor/develop and generally drive training for team.
• Ensure all Company Policies and Procedures are followed and complete all administration tasks.
• Support and work towards achieving 100% Internal Audit compliance.
• Identifying and addressing performance issues and non-attendance; confronting difficult issues professionally and efficiently
• Implementing appropriate incentives for the team
• Ensuring all reviews and appraisals are conducted with the team
• Ensure clear communication between floor and brand at all levels.
• Support General Store Manager by acting as Store Duty Manager in the absence or the General Manager, be known to and build solid relationship with all key people and associates of Harvey Nichols Baku

Requirements and Skills for this position:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a large Store environment managing team of 40 people or more.
• Demonstrate proven track record
• Excellent Management skills
• Ability to train and coach people
• Able to cope with cultural differences
• Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian
• High standard use of MS Office applications
