We are currently recruiting for a Visual Merchandiser Assistant to join our vibrant team in the newest and most exciting Harvey Nichols Baku Store. 

Key Responsibility includes (but is not limited to):

• Full standards on designated area of responsibility
• Ensure bestselling lines are in key sights
• Drive highest possible standards of Visual Merchandising.
• Making sure all new lines are represented on the sales floor
• Up to date knowledge of trends
• Completes tasks on time
• Ability to work on own ideas and initiative
• Builds solid relationship with key departments
• VM Assistant contribute to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of a retail location by designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise

Role Profile:

To assist the Visual Merchandiser Manager in all aspects, initialize own ideas, lease with and build good solid relations with Department Managers and key people within the whole store – Be an ambassador for standards on all shop floor selling areas.

Requirements and Skills for this position:

• Excellent communication skills ‬‬
• ‪A creative flair with an eye for detail. ‬‬‬‬‬
• Good planning and organisational skills. ‬‬
• ‪Previous retail experience. ‬‬‬‬‬
• Flexibility with your working hours
• High standard use of MS Office applications
